Just had a lesson on if people with genetic disorder’s should be allowed to have children.
I couldn’t beleive this was even a topic which people where debating. It makes me think of animals being chosen for breeding. I think that if you have a mind, you can think, and you are able to voice your opinions then you should have the right yourself to decide if you have children or not. I mean the is control in the stupides level, I really wanted to shout at the the teacher for even making us talk about it. It’s dehumanisation. It really made me veiw people like that like animals, with no use and controled by people who consider themselves superior.
I was disgusted and I think that no-one should have anything like that debated about them because people are really living with these decisions and what right do I have, because I may never really have a decision like that to make,to pretend that I am against it. It made me angry!!!
